Partner Certification: Our partner program gives you as an installer or integrator the opportunity to compete in the market successfully. At the same time, it ensures a constant quality level of Qognify installations for end customers.

An essential part of our partner program is our training and certification offerings, which ensure that our partners are always up to date when installing and servicing Qognify VMS systems.

Our partners must maintain minimum certificated technicians.  This certification is valid for 24-months and may be renewed by attending the Recertification for Qognify VMS System Administrators training.

Partner Outcomes:  You will understand its architecture and learn how to configure the software optimally and thus use it efficiently. After the training, you will be able to deal with first-level support incidents by yourself.

  • Architecture & Installation: System requirements, Service Manager, Update Server, Core Service, Device Manager (Recorder), and Clients.
  • Configuration: Camera, hardware, schedules, maps, views, websites, user administration, profiles, alarm scenarios, triggers, and patrols.
  • User Interface: Navigation, logins, menus, views, and customized layers.
  • Monitoring: Monitoring in practice, views, customized views, layers, and camera control.
  • Queries and Exports: Event queries, video queries, and exports.
