To make sure your hardware meets the required specifications for your system, read Ocularis Recording Server hardware requirements. It is especially important that the hardware meets the recommended RAM requirements Be sure to refresh the Ocularis Base license to ensure that all updates are reflected. On the Ocularis Base computer, open the Ocularis License Activation application and click the ‘Refresh’ button. Please note: Installation and configuration of the Umbrella add-on for Ocularis should be done by certified engineers only.
