This seminar utilizes Zoom Webinar. You will need the following equipment:
Most computers have built-in microphones and speakers, but you will get better audio quality if you use a headset or handset. You may also use your landline or mobile device.
To be eligible for this training, you must have been a graduate of Qognify VMS/Cayuga certification training with a valid certificate.
Target group: Technicians, IP video service staff, technical sales, administrators, project managers, pre-sales.
Delivery Summary: This LIVE, instructor-led, online session provides each student with individual server access. Every student will complete their full installation and configuration of Qognify VMS, including access to 25+ cameras.

Remote Desktop Connection (RDP)
Two monitors are highly encouraged:
To view the instructor’s monitor while performing hands-on implementation and configuration, two monitors provide the best experience.
If you do not have two monitors, log into the event session with two “computers.” For example, a laptop and a tablet, use one for viewing the instructor and the other for hands-on.
The Advanced Training includes topics such as multi-site installations with several servers, complex alarm scenarios, multi-streaming/virtual cameras, Update Server, redundancy and failover, etc.

Requirements: Participation in the Qognify VMS/Cayuga Certification Training, basic knowledge of network technology (IP addresses, network components), and basic knowledge of network cameras.

Partner Certification: Our partner program gives you as an installer or integrator the opportunity to compete in the market successfully. At the same time, it ensures a constant quality level of Qognify installations for end customers.
An essential part of our partner program is our training and certification offerings, which ensure that our partners are always up to date when installing and servicing Qognify VMS systems.
Our partners must maintain minimum certificated technicians. This certification is valid for 24-months and may be renewed by attending the Recertification for Qognify VMS System Administrators training.
Partner Outcomes: You will understand its architecture and learn how to configure the software optimally and thus use it efficiently. After the training, you will be able to deal with first-level support incidents by yourself.

Partner Certification:
This seminar is for Ocularis Administrators whose certification has or is about to expire. Students with expired certifications for more than six months may be required to retake the full certification course.
An essential part of our partner program is our training and certification offerings, which ensure that our partners are always up to date when installing, upgrading, or servicing Ocularis systems.
Our partners must maintain minimum certificated technicians. Please note that a re-certification course is required every 24 months.
Partner Outcomes: Upon completing this training, students will be reacquainted with Ocularis and its components, features, and functionality.
After successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
An online final exam is required, and successful completion will grant certification for another two years.

Situator System Operator training is delivered in two, 4-hours sessions. The sessions are hands-on, live, and instructor-led. After the completion of this training, Situator Operators will be able to successfully describe and understand the Control Room, Video View, Sensor View, Monitor Access Control Systems, Define Maps and Sensor Interaction, Message View, and the types of Reports that are available in Situator.
