Regional Sales Manager

We are currently seeking dynamic individual with high energy and drive to join our team as Regional Sales Manager. We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales performer to help us expand upon our Security Surveillance business in APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and close new business transactions as well expanding existing accounts.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline through a combination of prospect meetings, cold calling, email
    campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • Create and develop channel and partner networks .
  • Achieve annually and quarterly sales targets.
  • Initiate and execute local marketing initiatives.
  • Develop account and regional sales plans.
  • Provide tailored product presentations, application studies, financial justifications and
    demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of Qognify products and services.
  • Position and demonstrate value through that can be achieved with the Qognify solutions suite.
  • Delivering presentations to C-Level Stakeholders.
  • Communicating with internal business units.
  • Develop and grow Qognify presence with relevant consultancy firms.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of sales quota and revenue achievements in recent years
  • Extensive and relevant experience of at least 5 years of selling enterprise level security solutions within a major software application vendor or equivalent experience of selling high-end Video Management system and/or other Physical Security Solutions including Situational Awareness applications (PSIM).
  • Background in Security sales (CCTV, Situation Management) – an Advantage.
  • Vertical sales experience/knowledge within finance, transport, utilities and local government sectors.
  • Experience in solution/value selling.
  • Demonstrated capabilities and achievements with long and complex sales cycles.
  • Experienced with developing business relationship with ‘CxO’ or VP’s of potential customers to promote sales based on business value.
  • Self-sufficient, highly motivated with excellent communication skills .
  • Customer focus and satisfaction in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Languages: English – Must have
