Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and lead outbound and inbound product activities for a market-leading enterprise incident management platform that helps world leading banks, airports, railways and smart cities maintain continuous operation while reducing incident handling time. The product is being used by leading enterprise customers such as top US banks, airports, railways and critical facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the product roadmap and detailed planning of releases.
  • Gather, map and prioritize product requirements from all stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Sales, Service, Engineering, market research, etc.)
  • Work closely with customers and partners to understand their short, medium and long term strategies related to incident management.
  • Write requirements specifications/user stories that effectively communicate business requirement needs to R&D and break them into detailed functional requirements.
  • Prioritize R&D tasks based on understanding of business value to ensure timely product releases that meet the requirements.
  • Lead assessment, together with Architects, of new potential technologies and how they can be leveraged in the product roadmap.
  • Provide guidance and support to Pre-Sales team for Product / Solution needs.
  • Responsible for product training, documentation, demos and sales tools.

Education

  • B.Sc. degree in Information Systems /Computer Science /Software Engineering/Electrical engineering or other related technical degree
  • MBA – an advantage

Requirements

  • 5 years+ experience as a Product Manager in a mission-critical enterprise software company
  • Insightful, innovative and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • A facilitator that liaises with all levels within the customers, partners and internal company constituents
  • Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile working environment
  • Experience with integration-rich, service enablement platforms
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time
  • Strong technical skills and self-learning ability
  • Team player with strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to details and track record of meeting deadlines
  • Experience with partners eco-system – an advantage
