Inside Sales Representative

Qognify is looking for highly motivated and goal driven employees to join our Inside Sales team. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, Inside Sales Reps will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment, making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners and end users, generating interest, qualifying prospects, quoting and closing new business and software maintenance agreements.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed customer expectations and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Source new opportunities through sales lead follow-up and outbound calling.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quota for new business and software maintenance agreements
  • Strong sales quoting and pipeline growth and maintenance acumen.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospective customers.


  • Minimum of 3 years inside sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Knowledge and proficiency working with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to calculate profit margins and discounts based upon cost structures.
  • Effective problem mitigation and resolution skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent time management skills.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
