About The Position

Qognify, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager, Enterprise Markets to provide best in class software application support for Qognify’s Enterprise Incident Management Solutions portfolio. This position is a remote role, based out of Germany with international travel in the EMEA region.

As a leading global player in the physical security market, Qognify develops software for video surveillance and Enterprise Incident Management solutions. Qognify is headquartered in Pearl River, New York, and operates major sales and development centers in Bruchsal, Germany and Ra'anana, Israel.

What you will do?

  • Manage complex sales development cycle with key System Integrators, industry consultants and customers in key vertical markets to achieve your target sales quotas
  •  Develop account and regional sales plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements as required
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful vertical market content & communication, lead generation initiatives, channel and partner programs
  • Deliver tailored product presentations, application studies, financial justifications and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of Qognify products and services

What you bring?

  • 5 + years of demonstrated track record selling enterprise SW in one or more of the following domains; Physical Security/Incident Management (PSIM), Security SW or Enterprise & Operational Software Platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM)
  • Vertical sales experience to financial institutions, transportation, utilities, federal and local government sectors would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic account development in large complex customers
  • Demonstrated skills/knowledge/understanding of operational business processes beyond the technology focus, as the EIM space deeply touches customers business operations
  • Effective commercial and solution selling capabilities
  • Develops relationships and added  value to C-suite or VP level customers
  • Initiates superior collaboration and cross company dynamics
  • Ability to assess situations efficiently and effectively. Apply experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks and goals
  • Demonstrates personable, articulate, knowledgeable, diplomatic style
  • Have attention to detail and ability to gather complete and accurate information, in contexts of varying complexity
  • Ability to travel through EMEA (pending Covid restrictions)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com (or similar program)
  • BSc or BA degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent preferred
