 Overview of the position

Qognify is seeking to hire an experienced Technical Solution Architect to join our team in the UK.

The role is remote, no travel is required due to the Covid-19 situation; once the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, there might be the need to travel in the UK once or twice a week.

If you want to take part in shaping complex Physical Security and Incident Management Solutions worldwide, help and train our customers from the world’s leading enterprises to secure their business and build and get most of our products, this is the job you’ve been looking for! 

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the Business User Requirement process with the customer
  • Provide technical presentations and Demos
  • Lead workshops and technical specification definition
  • Act as Solution Owner on behalf of Qognify in front of the customer and internally
  • Provide guidance to the internal Development team to implement the solution defined in the technical specifications.
  • Hands on in implementing and testing simple configuration changes when code changes are not required.


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex enterprise projects working directly with customers
  • Proven experience in multiple customer requirements & technical specifications closures
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in solving issues
  • Deep understanding of User Experience
  • Knowledge of integration standards (i.e. REST APIs)
  • Code development background a plus
  • Experience with Physical Security and Incident Management in Railways and Airports preferred
  • Experience with Video Management Systems preferred
  • Experience with GIS, Internet/Web/Mobile Apps, SQL server, Qlik, Streambase, Virtual environments (VMWare, HyperV) preferred
  • Work from home available through COVID 19
