 Job Summary

The Project manager will coordinate internal and external resources towards a successful outcome of complex implementations starting from the presale phase of the project through the implementation to a successful delivery of the engagement.

This role reports to the Head of Global Support and Professional Services (EMEA)

 Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Accomplishes project objectives by planning project activities; evaluating implementation and progress of project
  • Works closely with relevant stake holders (R&D, Services, Sales, Finance, Legal etc.) to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)
  • A single point of contact, directly responsible for the rollout/delivery of related products & services
  • Directly responsible for improving and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction
  • Resolve issues and strengthen partnership with the customers
  • Identify resources and assign responsibilities
  • Submits project status reports to stakeholders; reviews bugs; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to changes.
  • Understands basic revenue models and P/L; meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored      


  • 10+ years of extensive experience of project and customer management
  • At least 6 years of experience leading software implementation teams, ideally involving ability to lead teams and manage people
  • Proven Project management experience in the area of  Incident Management and Command & Control projects in one of the following areas: Safe city, Critical facility, Railways, Banking & Airports) – an advantage
  • Security and/or Operational projects background in solution-oriented companies  an advantage
  • Ability to proactively plan and manage interactions with the customer in various ways and formats
  • Ability to communicate knowledge in a personable and diplomatic style
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify potential challenges, resolve them in advance and prevent escalations
  • Experience using both NetSuite and/or Salesforce preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Proficient with using Zoom, Skype and Teams for video conferencing, sharing screens and calls
  • Engineering degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • PMP certification (preferred)
  • Estimated 20% travel, both international and Global
  • Must be comfortable and able to work from home
