Overview of the position

The Project manager will coordinate internal and external resources towards a successful outcome of complex implementations starting from the presale phase of the project through the implementation to the successful delivery of the engagement.

  • Accomplishes project objectives by planning project activities; evaluating implementation and progress of the project. 
  • Works closely with relevant stakeholders (R&D, Services, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
  • A single point of contact, directly responsible for the rollout/delivery of related products & services. 
  • Directly responsible for improving and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues and strengthen partnerships with the customers.
  •  Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
  • Submits project status reports to stakeholders; reviews bugs; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to
  • changes.
  • Understands basic revenue models and P/L; meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored. 


  •  Extensive experience in project and customer management
  •  At least 6 years of experience leading software implementation teams, ideally involving the ability to lead teams and
  • manage people
  •  Proven Project management experience in the area of  Incident Management and Command & Control projects in one of the following areas: Safe city, Critical facility, Railways, Banking & Airports) – an advantage
  •  Security and/or Operational projects background in solution-oriented companies – Advantage
  •  Ability to proactively plan and manage interactions with the customer in various ways and formats
  •  Understand the client business and technical environment
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills
  •  Is able to identify potential challenges, resolve them in advance and prevent escalations
  • Client site presence is required
