About The Position

We are looking for a passionate IT Business Applications Manager to join our Global IT Team.

IT Business Applications Manager is a key position in Qognify’s Global IT Team and is expected to be the primary point of contact for implementation, management, and support of our key business applications. This position will provide a unique and satisfying blend of Managerial activities along with hands-on management of our Information Systems technologies.

In your role as the IT Business Applications Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Applications team.
  • Manage and support our main business applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS and others.
  • Gather business requirements and identify applicable solutions, translate the requirements into the design documents, lead the implementation of the identified solutions.
  • Lead projects, implement system changes, create reports, provide support & training to users.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of external consultants and integrators.
  • Support Qognify business teams Globally.

This role is located in Israel and reports to the Global Director of IT.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Applications Analyst, with 3-5 years as Applications Manager. Proven experience in managing IT professionals.
  • Vast and hands-on experience in implementation and administration of at least one of the systems: Salesforce (Sales and Service clouds), Netsuite ERP – Mandatory.
  • Proven experience in leading global projects in Business Applications, managing work plans, managing applications teamwork.
  • Experience in BI and Reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL – advantage
  • Documenting the business processes, transforming the requirements into design documents.
  • Experience in supporting and training users.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication in English is a must.

 

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering with specialization in Information systems or equivalent.
