About The Position

We are looking for an IT Business Applications Analyst to join our Global IT Team.

 Job Description

IT Business Analyst is a key position in Qognify’s Global IT Team and is expected to be the primary point of contact for implementation, management, and support of our key business applications.

In your role as IT Business Applications Analyst, you will:

  • Manage and support our main business applications such as ERP (Netsuite), CRM (Saleforce.com Sales and Service clouds), SharePoint, and others.
  • Gather business requirements and identify applicable solutions, translate the requirements into the design documents.
  • Lead the implementation of the identified solutions.
  • Lead projects, implement system changes, create reports, provide support & training to users.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of consultants and integrators.
  • Support business teams Globally.

This role is located in Israel and reports to the Global Director of IT.

Requirements

  • 5 years of IT Business Applications Analysis experience. 
  • Documenting the business processes, transforming the business requirements into design documents.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and managing Salesforce.com (Sales and Service clouds).
  • Experience with SFDC System Administration: custom objects, user roles, profiles, email templates, and connected apps, releases management. Experience with Integration of different Apps and APIs.
  • Experience with implementing, configuring, and managing Oracle NetSuite ERP.
  • Knowledge of project management methodology
  • Experience in supporting and training users.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication in English is a must.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial management with specialization in Information systems or equivalent.
