About The Position

Qognify is looking for Sales Operations Manager to join our U.S. Order Management Team.  This role is in our Pearl River, NY office. Currently we are working from home till July 6th with the option to combine in office and work from home in the future.

This role reports to the VP Operations & FP&A (located in Ra’anana, Israel) and works collaboration with the U.S. Sales Team. The Order Management Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of two employees. The overall focus of the team is booking and billing all purchase orders. Supporting the VP of Operations with sales analysis, reporting and forecasting. Working towards the goal of unifying several processes throughout multiple products and business lines to one system.

To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment, be resilient, deal with customer issues with a smile. Be both, hands on with the day to day administrative responsibilities and strategic thinker. The main focus of the role is managing the process and completing the orders from "Book to Bill"

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a department of 2 and work collaboratively with peers in Israel and Germany
  • Manage full orders life cycle, from PO to billing
  • Oversee project authorizations, returns and discount policy
  • Help with training new technology, software, price books and changes to current processes both internal and outside the company
  • Process and analyze commission reports
  • Monitor maintenance contracts
  • Work with distributors on their purchase orders
  • Track long term sales data and analyze it
  • Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
  • Assist with account management
  • Review current processes and and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in order management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management
  • Excellent time management skills and multitasking
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in group - working collaboratively with other sales team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Effective problem mitigation and resolution skills
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software
  • Knowledge and proficiency working with Microsoft Office
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Willing to continuously learn and grow in the role
  • College degree in related field preferred
