HR Representative (m/f/d)

As the HR Representative you will be responsible for all HR aspects for the EMEA region and work as a team member for Global initiatives. You will report directly to Director of Human Resources (USA) and will be a part of a 4-person Global HR team This is a critical and highly visible role for the organization. There is potential to grow in the role as the Company grows. The position can be either 75% or 100%.  This will be an in-office role in our Bruchsal office, with flexibility to work a schedule that is both in office and remotely.

Your tasks

  • Coach, consultant with, and support employees and managers on all personnel-relevant issues
  • Liaison and build a trusting working relationship with the works council
  • Collaborate with employment lawyers and consultants
  • Manage personnel administration including contract documents, personnel files, job descriptions, certificates, etc.
  • Maintain the data and integrity of the personnel system 
  • Recruitment and applicant management for the EMEA region
  • Supervise trainees and students
  • Back up payroll as needed
  • Create initiatives for and implementation of personnel development programs
  • Manage the health management programs
  • Create and manage concepts and guidelines to promote employee growth
  • Create HR-relevant reports and statistics
  • Participate in the development of global strategy programs and events
  • Organize and implement team building activities and employee gatherings (Holiday party, Summer picnic, years of service celebrations and birthday celebrations)

Requirements

  • Completed studies or commercial vocational training with professional experience ideally in a medium-sized (IT) company
  • Knowledge of compliance and labor law
  • Basic knowledge of payroll, as well as social and tax law
  • Enjoys working with and getting to know employees
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills as well as a strong service concept
  • Very good MS Office skills as well as business skills in German and English
  • Bring fun to the work environment
