Thank you for your purchase! All you need to do to make sure that all of your updates are reflected is to refresh your Ocularis Base and Recorder. To refresh your Ocularis Base license, open the Ocularis License Activation application on the Ocularis Base computer and click the ‘Refresh’ button. Click here for instructions on how to refresh your Ocularis Recorder license. Important note: Before applying your new license, please make sure that the option to ‘Also download full upgrade packages’ is unchecked in your Updater Server configuration. If this option is selected and the new license is applied, your Recorder may automatically upgrade before you upgrade Ocularis to 6.X, which may result in your Clients not working. For an Umbrella installation, download our Umbrella Licensing Guide. Please note: Installation and configuration of the Umbrella add-on for Ocularis should be done by certified engineers only.
