  • Mladen Stojic

    President

    Mladen Stojic leads the government, transportation, defense and physical security business for Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division. A recognized leader and innovator within the geospatial community, Mladen has over 20 years of combined experience across Hexagon companies, including in senior leadership positions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in survey engineering from Ryerson University and a master’s degree in geography from Western University.

  • Miki Katz

    Chief Financial Officer

    Miki Katz joined Qognify in 2016. He has over 20 years of experience in Finance and business operations across global, public and private companies. Prior to joining Qognify, Miki was the VP finance and Business Operations for Radware Inc., CFO and COO for Ness Technologies North America and VP Finance for Verint Systems Inc. Miki holds an MBA and BA in economics and business administration from Bar Ilan University.

  • Minnie Punj-Introne

    SVP of Global Services

    Minnie Punj-Introne joined Qognify in 2019, to lead worldwide services and support groups and help integrate our recent acquisitions. Minnie has more than 15 years of experience helping global customers realize value from their software investments. Prior to joining Qognify, Minnie held senior positions at Opera Solutions and Knoa Software, leading cross-functional teams and using data to drive strategic decision making. Minnie earned a Masters degree in Economics from Panjab University and a Diploma in Computer Science from IBM India.

  • Jeremy Howard

    Vice President of Sales, Physical Security – Americas

    Jeremy Howard is Qognify’s VP of Physical Security Sales for the Americas. Jeremy brings over 20 years of experience in IT and Physical Security to this role. He is responsible for growing both partner and key account channels and leading go-to-market strategies for all VMS brands within the Qognify portfolio. Jeremy previously held leadership positions, driving metrically driven sales organizations, at Honeywell, Verint, Avigilon and Hikvision. He is based in Dallas, Texas.

  • Andreas Beerbaum

    Vice President Sales – International

    Andreas Beerbaum has been a key figure of the European physical security industry for 20 years. He has proven leadership experience and a strong track record in creating and executing sales and business strategies as well as in setting up and developing international organisations and teams. During his career Andreas held leading sales and management positions at major international security companies such as Tyco, Siemens or Funkwerk. Before the acquisition of OnSSI Group by Qognify he worked for SeeTec as a managing director. He holds a Diploma in industrial engineering and management.

  • Andreas Conrad

    Vice President of Marketing

    Andreas Conrad has been a passionate marketing professional for nearly 20 years. In addition to his proven skills to build and develop technology brands, he has a deep understanding of the security industry. He started his career in traditional and digital marketing agencies before moving to the industry side, where he held several leading marketing positions. In 2008 he joined SeeTec as Head of Marketing. He holds a Diploma in Business Administration including marketing and information management from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany.

  • Yaniv Toplian

    Vice President of R&D

    In his role as Vice President of Research & Development, Yaniv is responsible for the product management, development and quality assurance of Qognify software products. Yaniv has 20 years of R&D experience and a proven track record of delivering enterprise software. He began his career as a software engineer in the telecom and IT software industry and has held leading engineering positions in companies such as Comverse, Hewlett Packard and NICE. Yaniv holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ben-Gurion University (IL) and a Master in Business Administration.

  • Gal Golod

    General Counsel

    Joining Qognify in 2016, Gal Golod oversees the company's global legal affairs. Prior to joining Qognify, Gal was a senior associate at the New York office of Sullivan & Worcester LLP where he represented technology clients in a wide range of corporate, licensing and transactional matters. Prior to that, Gal spent 10 years as the General Counsel of a high-growth technology company in Israel and the U.S. Gal is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and holds a doctorate (S.J.D.) from Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the New York Bar and the Israel Bar Association.
